From order to sealed slab: how your submission works, step by step.

Create your order
Sign up for free and create your first order in our digital customer portal.
- Pick your service tier (Standard, Priority or Express)
- Enter the cards you want to submit
- Choose return shipping with a suitable insurance amount
- Pay online, the total price is fixed upfront

Pack securely & submit
Pack your cards following our guide and send them to us with tracking.
- Place each card centered in a penny sleeve
- Put the sleeve in a clean toploader or card saver
- Secure the toploader with tape (never directly on the card!)
- Include the printed delivery note in the package

Analysis & Grading
As soon as your package arrives, the grading process begins.
- Goods receipt with digital registration of every card
- High-resolution scan and AI grading of all four criteria
- Verification of the result by the grader
- Ultrasonic sealing in the slab

Return & Certificate
Your graded cards come back to you sealed and insured.
- Slabs securely packed for transport
- Encrypted NFC chip in the slab, authenticity verifiable via smartphone
- Insured return shipping with tracking
- Your certificate with all scans is available online immediately
